Our team is fortunate to be led by Ian Santus, a graduate of Western Michigan University and Sage College.
Over the past two decades, Ian has worked directly with thousands of children, supported and trained large teams, published books and presented at conferences on a wide range of topics.
With extensive hands-on experience at every level (RBT, BCBA Case Supervisor, Clinical Director, Regional Director, Executive Director, Director of Learning & Development, Consultant and Chief Clinical Officer,) Ian has amassed a deep understanding of children, autism and applied behavior analysis.
As a dedicated visionary, Ian invests his all in training and leading the Akoya team to provide the best possible service to the children in Akoya’s care.
