FAQs
What is ABA?
ABA stands for Applied Behavior Analysis. This is a popular, research-backed method, proven to help people with autism achieve greater independence and improved quality of life.
ABA focuses on building adaptive skills and replacing maladaptive behaviors with more effective ones while progress is carefully monitored.
How do I know if ABA is right for my child?
If your child is not progressing in the way you would like in their current learning setting, ABA is worth considering.
ABA is tailored to each child as an individual. Since each child learns skills in different ways, we work to understand their needs and teach strategies and techniques based on what they need to learn, how they learn and what motivates them.
If you’re looking for a highly individualized approach to help your child progress in their own way and at their own pace, ABA may be the solution for you.
