Lisa has worked with individuals with autism and other varying needs since 2011 and in the ABA field since 2014. She is passionate about supporting both families and clinical teams, believing that when staff feel equipped and excited about their work, families are better supported and able to embrace the care provided.

Lisa strives to support families with compassion, understanding, and a focus on quality of life. She believes children learn best through play, connection, and everyday experiences and helps clients build meaningful skills within natural environments and real-life routines.

As a BCBA, Lisa is dedicated to identifying each child’s unique strengths while helping families develop skills that foster growth, independence, and joy in everyday life.
